App Data Privacy Policy

At Time2.Life, we believe in transparency and honesty. We hope you will find this privacy policy clear and transparent. Do not hesitate to reach out to us at if you have any questions.

What information does the Application obtain, and how is it used?

The Application does not provide an option to create an account therefore, we only store anonymized versions of your data. 

Your data are stored only locally on your device, and also in the cloud without any direct link to your identity. 

We do this because the computations applied in order to obtain our results data are very costly and we prefer to do it on the cloud. 

The anonymized data can only be accessed by your device, using a cryptographically strong key generated by us the first time you access the app. 

You can optionally request to delete all your entries by sending an email to, also stating your GUEST CODE. 

The GUEST CODE – provided by us via the periodic PDFs found on homepage or accessible on app homepage in the upper right menu – acts like a password for your data and is the only link between you and the data stored on the server, thus upon an email request we will proceed to deleting all the entries associated with your account, along with your account. 

The deletion process will take a maximum of 60 days.

We obtain your email address when you request support via email or any further customer support contact form. We use your email collected this way only to contact you to provide support, feedback or important information.

You can also opt into unlocking the Premium features of the app by adding your email address in the User page, by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of your screen and typing your email address in the form.

You can also opt into receiving alerts and notifications via e-mail (habit reminders, your week in retrospective, insights), in which case, your e-mail address will be collected for the sole purpose of sending you these transactional e-mails.


The application does NOT collect any usage or crash reporting.

The application ONLY collects an anomymized version of your user-generated content. Such as your name, surname, email, or anything you choose to type within the app.

Analytics tools anonymously collect data in order to improve the experience of the app.


The application does NOT collect, neither ask for permissions on photos, media or file storage usage.


The application does NOT collect, neither ask for permissions on any type of Location.


The application does NOT collect any advertising-related data, nor it contains any advertising tools. 

For the moment, we do not plan on using any tools on advertising in the foreseeable future, any change on this matter will be the subject of changing this Privacy Policy.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time. 

As we do not collect your email address directly from the app, we cannot notify you when this Privacy Policy changes. 

We are working on overcoming this, but for the moment any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page. 

You should check this page from time to time and take note of any changes.


The Time2Life app now comes with the option of locking access to your app with a 4-digit PIN code. In order to benefit from this Premium feature, you will need to enter your e-mail address in the User/Settings page. You can access your user/settings page by clicking on the icon on the top-right corner of your screen.

Protecting your Time2Life information, such as: events, journal entries and moods will allow you, as a user, to benefit from extra privacy and security – by keeping your personal/private information away from unwanted access.
